Haircut

When Alice was taking a bath today I had this sudden urge to cut her hair. I've been wanting to do something with that wild mane of hers for awhile and decided to just go for it while her hair was wet and she was occupied with toys. I didn't touch her bangs because we want them to grow out (it was sure tempting though) but cut about an inch off the back just to even things out a little. I thought it turned out pretty good, though I realized halfway through that I should have waited until we went home to Florida next week. The family tradition has been for Grandma Fearing to give everyone their first haircut while they sit outside on her green step ladder.
