Parkinson Genes
Well, if there were any doubts before, this will clear it up. Our pediatrician was worried about Alice's weight, so we had to go in for a special appointment in between well-child visits. Alice has been in the 90s for weight and height until recently, when her weight started dropping percentile-wise, and was in the 50th percentile for this special appointment (her height was 97th percentile). Anyways, the pediatrician asked me all these questions about her diet and then told me I needed to start adding butter and oil to everything she eats and also to put cream in her milk. She also asked if Alice liked fries. Well of course, all kids like fries, but should I really be pushing fries on her? I told the pediatrician that she really needed to see my husband, because she wouldn't worry about Alice after that. I just think the Parkinson genes are kicking in and Alice is going to be tall and skinny just like her dad.
